Returns
4TH QUALITY MODELS ARE SOLD AS IS AND MAY BE IMPERFECT, DISCOLORED, UNFINISHED, OR HAVE MISSING HARDWARE. ALL SALES OF 4TH QUALITY GOODS ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
We gladly accept returns of all item other than 4th quality models with the following conditions:
Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Send an email to support@skeleton-factory.com with your invoice number and reason for return, and we will email your RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping instructions. All returns will be charged a 10% of returned item price restocking fee. Once you receive your RA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully.
If you have received a product that is defective, please email support@skeleton-factory.com with your invoice number and identify which item(s) are defective with a brief description of the defect(s) and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product.
