Shipping Information
Skeleton-Factory.com offers next day, 3-day, and standard ground shipping. Delivery time for orders will depend on the shipping method you select and availability. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping. Also, because we ship via Federal Express we cannot ship to PO boxes so please provide a physical address.


Rush Shipping:
ALL OVERNIGHT AND 3-DAY SHIPPING ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 10:30AM CST TO SHIP THE SAME BUSINESS DAY. After 10:30am, orders will ship the next business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent the day your order ships. Overnight orders will be delivered the business day following the ship day. Overnight shipping is delivered by the end of the business day. 3-day orders will be delivered 3-days after the order is shipped (i.e. if your order is placed before 10:30am CST Monday it will be delivered by the end of the business day Thursday).


International Orders:
International rates are automatically calculated up when you enter your shipping address, however due to increasing shipping rates we reserve the adjust the rate. We will contact you if we need to adjust the shipping rate. Shipping charges on International orders do not include customs fees, duties and taxes. These charges are paid separately by the customer.
